DISTEN is an independent fashion brand producing limited-run, handmade, reworked, and one-of-one garments and accessories.

Many DISTEN products are handmade, reconstructed, or created using vintage and reworked materials. Because of this:

each item may contain intentional distressing, imperfections, fading, or variations
colors and textures may slightly differ from product photos
products are available in limited quantities and may not be restocked

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product information without notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on the DISTEN website are listed in EUR (€).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers integrated with our Shopify store. DISTEN does not store full payment card information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment and billing information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Orders may be cancelled or refused if:

payment cannot be processed
fraudulent activity is suspected
incorrect pricing or product information appears due to technical error

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.

DISTEN is not responsible for delays caused by:

postal or courier services
customs procedures
incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
circumstances outside our reasonable control

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Returned items must be:

unworn
unused
unwashed
returned in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
