DISTEN currently ships to:

  • Latvia
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During collection launches, limited drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Latvia: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • package size and weight
  • selected shipping method

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Tracking Information

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

DISTEN is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


8. Delays & Lost Packages

DISTEN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs procedures
  • severe weather
  • strikes
  • force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact distenshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact distenshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate solution when applicable.
