Refund policy
Each DISTEN piece is produced in limited quantities, and many garments are one-of-one or made in small batches using reworked materials. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we encourage customers to carefully review sizing, product details, and shipping information before placing an order.
Under EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- in their original condition
- returned with all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Because many DISTEN garments are handmade, reworked, or one-of-one, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at distenshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
